To find us:

Address:12-16 Charleys Rd, Mt Tomah.
The class starts at 10am.
Directions to the Tomah Retreat:
Drive to Richmond along the M4 (from Parramatta Rd). Exit at either the:
1. Reservoir Rd Exit and turn left into Richmond Rd or
2. Turn at the Lighthorse Exchange onto the M7 and exit at the Richmond
turn-off. This is the fastest route but you do need an e-tag.

From Richmond follow the signs to Lithgow and Mt Tomah is about 40 minutes away. This will take you over the Hawkesbury River into Nth
Richmond and onto the Bells Line of Road.
Follow the Bells Line of Road up past Kurrajong and up the mountain past Kurrajong Heights. Continue, still on Bells Line of Road, past Bilpin
and Berambing until you come to Mount Tomah.

On your left is the Mount Tomah Botanical Gardens. Continue (stay on the highway) past this and you will immediately see a large blue sign that says 'Rest Area Ahead 500 metres'. Pull into this rest area on your left. Drive along the dirt road, Rainbow Ravine Rd, which is off to the right. On your right is the local fire station (very useful) and just keep driving. The first turn to the left is Charleys Rd.

Drive down, almost to the end, and on the left is 12-16 Charleys Rd.
There is a black automatic sliding gate which you will need to put in a pincode for. The pincode is 11A. The gate will open and will stay open for 30 seconds and then will close automatically. Please wait until gate is closed before driving off as we have animals that might get out.

If you get lost call 0425 2788 144.

Thankyou, come again!!!

From the moment we arrived Bronwen was so warm and welcoming, we felt totally at home. Such a beautiful secluded property with stunning views and grounds complete with lovely, friendly animal friends. The accommodation is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is ideally located for bush walking, restaurants and visiting the Blue Mountains. We were sorry to leave but plan to return very soon.

Perfect Mountain 5 Star Getaway

Perfect secluded location in the heart of Mt Tomah. Perfect quiet entrance brings you to a fairytale like garden and, ultimately the Main Manor. The host is great, friendly and very accomodating, goes out of the way to make sure you are satisfied, and we were. Loved all the animals, the garden, the tree house with crazy vistas. We stayed in Relax room, everything is super comfy, all you need is provided, perfect fireplace, separate luxury bathroom, beautiful towels, super comfortable bed. You can read books, play games, watch TV, watch fire, or go chill out outside under the stars, which we certainly did. Will definitely book again.

Friendly and welcoming with a beautiful atmosphere

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every second. Bronwen was super friendly and it was such a nice treat to be greeted with a platter of snacks after a long drive. To top off the relaxing cosy atmosphere, we were surrounded by the most gorgeous pets and gardens. We can’t get over how cute Flora the pig was. Overall, everything was so clean, easy and a nice getaway from it all. Thanks!

Fantastic getaway in fresh air!

Fantastic getaway in fresh air! WE LOVED: Wide open spaces, the bird noises, Flora the Pig, highly functional kitchen, local area produce. KIDS LOVED: The "magic swing", cooking with farm eggs, feeding the ducks, cuddling the dog that looks like a polar bear, and Bronwen, who has a bit of magic about her as well.

We had such a delightful stay at Bronwen’s place

We had such a delightful stay at Bronwen’s place. She clearly has a love of hospitality and a real knack for adding those special touches that make all the difference when staying away from home. She was flexible and responsive which made our stay all the more smooth and the accommodation itself was very comfortable and simply delightful! We look forward to staying again soon.

Bronwen was a wonderful and thoughtful hostess.

Bronwen was a wonderful and thoughtful hostess. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and made our stay so relaxing. She provided a delicious cheese platter on arrival and breakfast including eggs we had collected ourselves from the chickens! We loved all the special touches and enjoyed exploring the labyrinth, reading our books in the tree house and relaxing by the fire and pond. It was great having the small fire in our room, and we loved getting to know all the friendly animals! Tomah Retreat is a very healing and grounding environment. Thank you, Bronwen, we are looking forward to our next stay :)
